The twenty year old Yazidi Fany fled ISIS from Siba Sheikh Khidr, a village south of the Sinjar Mount. Together with her children Nura, Jani, Dilyana and Navin she spent nine days in the mountains before YPG members rescued them and brought them to “Newroz Camp” in Rojava. Her husband stayed in Shingal to fight with Yazidi "Shingal Resistance Units" (YBŞ) against ISIS. Near Derik, Syria, October 17, 2014
